We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our technology team and help us build scalable, high-performance applications.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Flask.

- Work with large datasets using Numpy and Pandas for analytics and data transformation.

- Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Optimize performance, scalability, and security of backend systems.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

- Support deployment and integration with cloud environments.

Requirements :

- 3- 8 years of professional experience in backend development.

- Strong proficiency in Python with experience in Flask (or other Python frameworks).

- Solid understanding of data manipulation and analysis using Numpy and Pandas.

- Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and query optimization.

- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.

- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven applications.

- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.
