Tiger Analytics - Principal Engineer - Generative AI

What do we expect ?

- Define and drive the AI/ML and Generative AI strategy aligned with business goals.

- Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI, LLMs, and advanced analytics to improve products, services, and operations.

- Lead the development of AI-powered solutions including chatbots, copilots, recommendation systems, and automation tools.

- Architect and deliver scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions across business functions.

- Design and implement LLM-based applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.

- Build RAG-based systems, prompt engineering frameworks, and fine-tuning pipelines.

- Ensure production deployment using MLOps and scalable cloud platforms.

- Lead and mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers.

- Build and scale high-performing AI/ML teams.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

- Work with senior leadership to translate business challenges into AI solutions.

- Present AI strategies, roadmaps, and impact to executive stakeholders.

What You Bring :

- 11+ years of experience in data science, AI/ML engineering, or advanced analytics.

- 5+ years of leadership experience managing AI/ML teams.

Strong expertise in :

- Machine Learning & Deep Learning.

- Generative AI and Large Language Models.

- Prompt engineering and RAG architecture.

- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and ML frameworks.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI deployments.
