Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled SSIS & SQL Developer with extensive experience in database solutions and ETL development to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and database objects to support business intelligence, reporting, and data migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality database solutions using MSSQL and SSIS.

- Develop, implement, and optimize stored procedures, functions, and scripts using T-SQL and other procedural languages (PL/SQL knowledge is a plus).

- Build and manage ETL processes with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to extract, transform, and load data efficiently and accurately.

- Analyze and tune existing SQL queries and procedures to improve performance and reliability.

- Develop data migration procedures and scripts to support system upgrades and data integration efforts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data architects, analysts, and business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Monitor scheduled jobs and ensure timely delivery of management reports and dashboards.

- Participate in code reviews, best practices documentation, and knowledge sharing sessions.

- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for database and ETL-related issues.

- Stay updated with new technologies and tools in data processing and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks or Azure Data Factory is an advantage.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, and T-SQL.

- Strong knowledge of relational databases and procedural languages such as T-SQL and PL/SQL.

- Proven experience designing and developing ETL solutions using SSIS.

- Expertise in query performance tuning and optimization techniques.

- Experience with data migration and transformation processes.

- Familiarity with cloud data services such as Databricks, Azure Data Factory, or similar is a plus.

- Solid understanding of database design, indexing, and security best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
