About the Role :

We are seeking an accomplished Director Data & Integration Lead to define and drive the enterprise data and integration strategy across complex business ecosystems. This leadership role is responsible for building scalable data platforms, leading enterprise-wide integration initiatives, modernizing legacy architectures, and enabling data-driven transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the organization's enterprise data and integration strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term technology vision.

- Drive the design, implementation, and modernization of enterprise data platforms, integration frameworks, and API ecosystems.

- Lead large-scale transformation programs involving cloud migration, data modernization, system consolidation, and enterprise integration.

- Define enterprise architecture standards for data management, ETL/ELT pipelines, messaging platforms, API gateways, event-driven architecture, and microservices integration.

- Build scalable and secure data platforms supporting analytics, AI initiatives, business intelligence, and operational reporting.

- Establish enterprise-wide data governance, metadata management, master data management (MDM), data quality, and compliance frameworks.

- Partner with business leaders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, security, infrastructure, and product organizations to deliver strategic initiatives.

- Oversee enterprise integration technologies including APIs, middleware, messaging platforms, and hybrid integration solutions.

- Drive cloud adoption across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud while ensuring scalability, resilience, performance, and cost optimization.

- Lead vendor selection, technology evaluations, architecture reviews, budgeting, and strategic planning.

- Develop organizational capability through mentoring senior architects, engineering managers, and technical leaders.

- Drive innovation by adopting modern integration patterns including event streaming, serverless integration, containerization, and cloud-native architectures.

- Ensure enterprise systems comply with governance, security, privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Required Skills :

- 20 to 25 years of experience in enterprise data engineering, enterprise integration, or technology leadership.

- Strong experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms and integration architectures.

- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Experience with API Management platforms, Microservices Architecture, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and Event-Driven Architecture.

- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Lakehouse architectures, and streaming platforms.

- Hands-on knowledge of Kafka, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, SnapLogic, IBM Integration Bus, or similar technologies.

- Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, distributed systems, and enterprise application integration.

- Strong understanding of Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Security, and Regulatory Compliance.

- Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.

- Experience leading large global technology teams and managing enterprise transformation programs.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within Fortune 500 or large enterprise organizations.

- Knowledge of AI-enabled data platforms, modern analytics ecosystems, and enterprise automation.

- Experience with DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD practices.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology investments to organizational objectives.
