Description :

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to define and lead AI strategy, architecture, and enterprise-scale implementations for global clients. This role involves designing end-to-end AI ecosystems, including LLM platforms, agentic AI systems, and large-scale data pipelines. You will drive AI adoption, establish architectural standards, and ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities :

- Define enterprise AI strategy and architecture roadmap

- Design end-to-end AI platforms and solutions

- Architect large-scale RAG pipelines and knowledge systems

- Design and govern agentic AI ecosystems and multi-agent platforms

- Define standards for GenAIOps

- Expertise in Responsible AI

- Design scalable architectures across multi-cloud environments

- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance

- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance

- Work closely with business stakeholders and global clients

- Evaluate new AI technologies and frameworks

- Agentic Coding tools (any one) : Claude Code, GitHub Copilot

Must Have Skills :

- 15+ years of experience in software engineering with strong AI/ML experience

- Strong expertise in AI architecture and system design

- Extensive experience with LLMs and Generative AI

- Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude

- Strong experience in designing GenAI systems

- Strong experience in designing Agentic AI systems (any of the framework below) :

1. LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or any Agentic AI framework

2. Microsoft Copilot Studio

3. Azure specific or AWS specific frameworks - MAF (Microsoft Agent Framework)

- Multi-agent orchestration

- Strong experience designing RAG pipelines and enterprise knowledge systems

- Strong experience in NLP solutions

- Chatbots, Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modelling, Q&A systems

- Strong SQL expertise

- Experience with enterprise databases :

1. PostgreSQL, Snowflake

- Expertise in Vector Databases :

1. Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS

- Strong experience in GenAIOps / AgentOps frameworks

- Experience with at least TWO cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP - mainly on Azure and AWS)

- Experience with microservices, security and scalable architectures

- Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and security

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Desirable Skills :

- Deep understanding of Machine Learning & Data Science :

1. scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy

- Advanced expertise in Deep Learning :

1. TensorFlow, PyTorch

- Experience building AI Centers of Excellence (CoE)

- Expertise in multi-agent orchestration at enterprise scale

- Experience with real-time AI systems and streaming architectures

- Kubernetes, Docker, and distributed systems design

- Knowledge of Responsible AI and regulatory compliance

- Experience advising leadership on AI strategy

- Thought leadership / publications / patents
