Required Skills :

- 3 to 5 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development, building and optimizing high-performance, scalable systems particularly using Java and Spring Boot framework.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, writing effective unit tests and integration tests.

- Experience in working with cloud-based platforms (preferably AWS).

- Experience with Gitlab, CI/CD.

- Good debugging skills, reading logs and identifying issues and solving them efficiently.

- Experience working with observability platforms, systems like Splunk, open search, Prometheus, Grafana etc are plus.

- Understanding of Payments Domain, PCI Compliance and Security Best Practices are plus.

- Ability to meet commitments and multitask in a fast-paced work environment & in a fully remote team.

- Effective communicator, written and oral, as this role requires cross-team collaboration.
