We are looking for an experienced TIBCO MDM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in TIBCO MDM/EBX and Master Data Management. The role will be responsible for developing MDM solutions, data models, workflows, integrations, and data quality processes while working closely with business, data, and governance teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and maintain TIBCO MDM/EBX solutions based on business and data requirements.

- Design and manage data models, hierarchies, relationships, validations, and business rules within EBX.

- Configure and develop MDM workflows, approvals, validations, and data quality rules.

- Work on data integration, migration, cleansing, matching, merging, and reconciliation activities.

- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON.

- Develop custom solutions using Java, SQL, and EBX APIs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, data, and production issues.

- Support deployment and maintenance of MDM solutions across development, testing, and production environments.

- Collaborate with business teams, data architects, and data governance teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and governed master data.

- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- Follow development standards and contribute to reusable solutions and continuous improvement of MDM processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 - 9 years of overall experience in software development/MDM, with strong hands-on experience in TIBCO MDM/EBX.

- Strong knowledge of TIBCO EBX, data modelling, hierarchies, relationships, workflows, and business rules.

- Good understanding of MDM concepts, data governance, data quality, matching, and merging.

- Strong hands-on experience with Java and SQL.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and enterprise system integrations.

- Experience in data migration, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation.

- Good troubleshooting and production-support experience.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with business, technical, and data governance stakeholders.

Good to Have :

- Experience with enterprise-scale EBX implementations.

- Knowledge of metadata management and data governance frameworks.

- Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data integration technologies.

- TIBCO EBX certification or relevant product certification.
