Role : Full Stack Engineer I

Key Responsibilities :

- Build AI Features : Develop and ship LLM-powered features into production using Python and FastAPI.

- Design RAG Pipelines : Build end-to-end document ingestion, chunking, embedding, and retrieval workflows.

- Write APIs : Create reliable FastAPI endpoints with proper database integration and exception handling.

- Integrate Vector Search : Work with vector databases, hybrid search strategies, and embeddings lifecycle management.

- Own Async Workloads : Design background task queues and async architectures that decouple heavy processing from API threads.

- Maintain Quality : Write clean, testable Python code and participate in design and code reviews.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience : 3 - 10 years in backend or AI engineering, including internships or project-based work.

- Languages : Strong hands-on Python skills with clear understanding of async patterns.

- Frameworks : Working experience with FastAPI or Django and SQLAlchemy for database access.

- AI Basics : Practical exposure to RAG pipelines, LLM APIs, or embedding models.

- Databases : Comfortable with SQL and integrating relational databases into API workflows.
