Role Overview :

Were looking for a dynamic, hands-on Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of product innovation, ecosystem building, and growth strategy. Youll own the roadmap for new products and features, drive user and transaction growth, and lead strategic partnerships that accelerate adoption and revenue.

This is a critical role requiring strong strategic thinking, execution rigor, and comfort operating in an early-stage environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Growth :

- Define, prioritize & execute product roadmap for wallet, card and allied payment products.

- Translate insights into product improvements and growth experiments that move key business metrics.

- Collaborate with design, tech, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver scalable, user-centric experiences.

- Identify and analyse customer behaviour, transaction trends, and retention metrics to shape roadmap decisions & execution.

- Track product metrics and continuously improve.

Partnerships & Growth :

- Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with merchants, brands, networks, and fintech enablers.

- Build and structure commercial models that drive mutual value and usage.

- Lead execution for co-branded or feature-linked partnerships.

- Drive internal & external stakeholders to operationalize partnerships seamlessly.

What Were Looking For :

- 2-5 years of experience in fintech, product growth roles, ideally within wallets, UPI or consumer tech.

- Strong understanding of digital payments, PPI, card issuing, UPI & partner ecosystem.

- Demonstrated ability to own outcomes and drive execution across multiple functions.

- Analytical mindset with comfort using data for decision-making.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
