About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Test Data Management (TDM) Engineer to join our Enterprise Platform Enablement team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementing enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) solutions, data masking, synthetic data generation, and supporting both Distributed and Mainframe environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Test Data Management solutions that enable secure, compliant, and high-quality testing across enterprise applications. You will collaborate closely with application development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and database teams to deliver automated and optimized test data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Test Data Management Solution Development :

- Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-wide Test Data Management (TDM) solutions.

- Build scalable and reusable TDM frameworks supporting distributed and mainframe applications.

- Develop automated workflows for provisioning secure, compliant, and production-like test data.

- Support the complete software development lifecycle including architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

2. Data Analysis & Profiling :

- Perform detailed source system analysis and data profiling to understand data relationships and dependencies.

- Analyze structured and semi-structured datasets across multiple enterprise systems.

- Identify sensitive information requiring masking or obfuscation.

- Ensure data quality and consistency across test environments.

3. Data Masking & Synthetic Data Generation :

- Design and implement data masking strategies to protect sensitive business and customer information.

- Develop specifications for :

1. Dynamic Data Masking.

2. Static Data Masking.

3. Data Subsetting.

4. Synthetic Data Generation.

- Ensure compliance with organizational security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

- Optimize masked datasets while preserving referential integrity and business logic.

4. Database & Data Connectivity :

- Develop and maintain connections with enterprise databases including :

1. Oracle.

2. SQL Server.

3. PostgreSQL.

4. DB2.

5. Teradata.

6. Snowflake.

7. Amazon Redshift.

- Integrate with :

1. Delimited Files.

2. Excel Files.

3. Mainframe Data Sources.

- Support cross-platform data movement and transformation.

5. Mainframe Development & Batch Processing :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize JCL (Job Control Language) scripts.

- Create and modify :

1. Procedures (PROCs).

2. Parameters (PARMs).

3. Control Cards.

- Utilize Mainframe utilities such as :

1. IDCAMS.

2. IEBGENER.

- Support batch execution, scheduling, and troubleshooting.

- Manage Mainframe job scheduling using CA-7.

6. Cloud & Automation :

- Work with AWS cloud services including :

1. Amazon S3.

2. Amazon RDS.

- Automate TDM workflows and deployment activities.

- Develop scripts using :

1. Shell Scripting.

2. SQL.

3. PL/SQL.

4. Python.

5. Java.

- Support CI/CD integration and automation initiatives.

7. Scheduling & Configuration Management :

- Configure and manage enterprise scheduling tools such as :

1. Autosys.

2. Tidal.

3. Oozie.

4. CA-7.

- Manage source code and version control using :

1. Bitbucket.

2. Jira.

3. SVN.

4. StarTeam.

5. Endevor.

- Support release management and code promotion processes.

8. Collaboration & Delivery :

- Work closely with :

1. Application Development Teams.

2. QA Teams.

3. DevOps Engineers.

4. Database Administrators.

5. Infrastructure Teams.

6. Business Stakeholders.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Recommend innovative solutions to improve testing efficiency and data quality.

Required Qualifications :

1. Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Engineering, Database Development, or related roles.

- Hands-on experience implementing enterprise Test Data Management solutions.

- Experience supporting both Distributed and Mainframe environments.

- Strong experience with Test Data Management tools including :

2. Topaz Workbench.

- Expertise in :
