Position Overview :

We are seeking a Senior-Level AI Principal Architect with deep expertise in Conversational AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining enterprise AI architecture, designing intelligent conversational solutions, and providing technical leadership across complex AI initiatives.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, AWS Bedrock, and AWS Nova Sonic, along with a strong understanding of scalable, secure, and production-ready AI architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-grade Conversational AI and Agentic AI solutions.

- Define technical architecture, design patterns, frameworks, and best practices for AI platforms.

- Design and implement intelligent AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and LLM-based technologies.

- Architect conversational applications including voice-enabled AI assistants, chatbots, virtual agents, and intelligent customer-service solutions.

- Leverage AWS Bedrock and other AWS AI/ML services to build scalable Generative AI solutions.

- Work with AWS Nova Sonic for next-generation speech-to-speech and conversational AI use cases.

- Develop and review production-quality Python code and AI/ML application components.

- Design RAG-based architectures, tool/function calling, agent orchestration, memory, and multi-agent workflows.

- Establish standards for AI security, scalability, observability, governance, and performance.

- Evaluate emerging LLMs, AI frameworks, models, and cloud AI technologies.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers and development teams.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, cloud architects, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

- Drive PoCs and prototypes and guide them toward production implementation.

- Troubleshoot complex architecture and performance issues across AI/ML solutions.

- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Skills :

- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or Conversational AI.

- Strong expertise in Python.

- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native architecture.

- Strong experience with AWS Bedrock and foundation/LLM models.

- Hands-on experience with LangChain.

- Strong experience with LangGraph and agent orchestration.

- Practical experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and MCP server/client architecture.

- Experience with AWS Nova Sonic or comparable real-time voice/conversational AI technologies.

- Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

- Experience designing scalable enterprise AI architectures.

- Strong understanding of API integration, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud security.

- Experience with AI agents, tool calling, function calling, memory, and multi-agent systems.

- Excellent architecture, communication, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building enterprise Conversational AI platforms.

- Experience with voice AI, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, or real-time speech technologies.

- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.

- Knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, CloudWatch, and IAM.

- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, MLOps, and AI observability.

- Experience working with highly scalable production AI systems.

- Experience leading architecture discussions with senior technical and business stakeholders.
