About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, processing, and interpreting data to help drive informed business decisions.

You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to deliver actionable insights that support strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that provide insights into business performance.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

- Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and translate requirements into analytical solutions.

- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Support data governance initiatives by ensuring data integrity, privacy, and compliance standards are met.

- Continuously monitor and improve data collection and reporting processes.

- Assist in building predictive models and statistical analyses when required.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

- Proven experience in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting.

- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.

- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.

- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
