We are seeking a Technology Head to lead our B2C Ecommerce platform, driving engineering vision, building robust architectures, and leading a high-performing tech team. The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20 years of experience and a proven track record of scaling high-traffic systems within the B2C Ecommerce industry.

About the Role :

As a Technology Head, you will own our end-to-end B2C Ecommerce technology stack, ensuring seamless, ultra-fast, and deeply scalable consumer experiences across web and mobile. You will be responsible for mentoring engineering teams, aligning the tech roadmap with business goals, and driving rapid product iterations.

- Own and drive the end-to-end B2C Ecommerce technology stack

- Mentor engineering teams and align tech roadmap with business goals

- Drive rapid product iterations and ensure seamless consumer experiences

- Build robust architectures and lead a high-performing tech team

- Ensure ultra-fast and deeply scalable consumer experiences across web and mobile
