Role : Head Technology Head

Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Technology Head to lead the end-to-end technology and product engineering function for a fast-growing consumer-facing platform.

This role will be responsible for building scalable digital products, defining technology strategy, and driving innovation across engineering, product, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the technology and product strategy aligned with business goals.

- Lead the development of scalable, high-performance B2C products and platforms.

- Oversee CRM systems, digital platforms, customer experience (CX), and user experience (UX).

- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams.

- Ensure system scalability, uptime, security, and performance optimization.

- Drive product innovation, usability, engagement, and data-driven decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Business, Marketing, and Operations.

- Implement best practices in architecture, coding standards, and DevOps.

- Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with leadership on tech initiatives.

Required Candidate Profile :

- 15+ years of experience in Technology - Engineering leadership roles.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as Head of Engineering - Product Development.

- Strong background in B2C - consumer-facing product companies (must-have).

- Hands-on expertise in modern technologies including :

1. React Native - Frontend frameworks

2. Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

3. Scalable architecture and distributed systems

- Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams and digital platforms.

- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, customer experience, and analytics.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
