Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

- Lead MBSE implementation and system architecture activities for complex engineering programs.

- Define and maintain system models using SysML/UML and MBSE methodologies.

- Develop and manage system requirements, functional architectures, interfaces, and traceability.

- Ensure alignment between customer requirements, system design, verification, and validation activities.

- Drive systems engineering best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Management:

- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

- Manage project risks, technical dependencies, and resource allocation.

- Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including systems, software, hardware, testing, and validation engineers.

Customer & Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers.

- Conduct technical reviews, design reviews, and project governance meetings.

- Translate customer needs into actionable engineering requirements.

- Support proposal preparation, effort estimation, and project planning activities.

Process & Quality:

- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, ARP4754A, DO-178C, or equivalent.

- Establish MBSE frameworks, modeling guidelines, and reusable engineering assets.

- Support process improvement initiatives and organizational capability development.

Team Leadership:

- Mentor and guide MBSE engineers and systems engineers.

- Conduct technical reviews and provide coaching on systems engineering methodologies.

- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across engineering teams.
