Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Bangalore (Accepting candidates who are based out of Bangalore only)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the successful execution of our product portfolio and optimize delivery across Data Science teams supporting our AI Product Set. The TPM plays a critical part in ensuring our Product and our Data Science teams operate efficiently, meet delivery goals, and align work with broader business objectives. The TPM is not a developer, but a process leader who is focused on driving innovation, improving operations, managing workflows, and enabling delivery through visibility, structure, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Oversight & Visibility:

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from intake and discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client commitments.

- Maintain comprehensive awareness of all product and feature queues to ensure stakeholder commitments are achieved.

- Own dashboards that track queue volume, SLA adherence, backlog health, and delivery timelines.

- Ensure the smooth and efficient flow of requests and tasks across queues to minimize wait times and improve service delivery.

- Leverage data to identify areas in need of improvement and provide recommendations to leadership.

- Oversee business partners and serve as the organizational face for all third-party agentic AI partner relationships.

Governance, Reporting & Risk Management:

- Lead quarterly planning sessions and facilitate quarterly commitment alignment across teams.

- Use Jira to review and track Product Owner (PO) updates for features within Program Increments (PIs).

- Ensure Product Owners document changes to scope, budget, and timeline, along with associated risks, prior to execution, and report them to leadership.

- Call out, track, report, and follow through on risks and issues until resolution.

- Automate status and progress reporting using integrated tools.

- Deliver clear and consistent communications to stakeholders at all levels, including executive summaries of status, risks, dependencies, and timelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for anyone within Organization regarding:

1. Product backlog and feature status

2. Active development work

3. Implementation related product features

4. Client-committed initiatives

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear definition of Feature scope, and deliverable schedule.

- Align cross-functional teams across engineering, product, project management and operations to bring visibility into the health of the engineering portfolio.

- Partner with managers across the organization to coordinate seamless handoffs of work between teams.

- Support the prioritization of initiatives within product portfolio and software engineering, based on strategic objectives, resource constraints, and ROI.

Process Excellence:

- Help evolve best practices, templates, frameworks, and dashboards to improve delivery, consistency, and transparency.

- Optimize workflows and enable teams to operate with clarity and agility.

- Support Product and Engineering teams to optimize business transition management, as they ensure features delivered are understood and fulfill their intended value.

- Use metrics and trends to increase portfolio visibility and health as well as guide continuous improvement and operational maturity.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on product or technology initiatives.

- Strong understanding of modern products and modeling frameworks/deployment cycles (Agile, Scrum, Lean, etc.).

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive operational improvement.

- Exposure in data sciences.

- Proficient in project and work management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence).

- Proven ability to innovate.

- Capable of working autonomously and navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment with shifting business priorities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Comfort working with both technical and business stakeholders.

- Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and lead across multiple levels of an organization.

- Familiarity with data governance, architecture, Business Intelligence (BI), Machine Learning (ML) and advanced analytics concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Passionate about Agentic AI.

- Experience with generative AI or LLM-based products.

- Go-to-market or product launch experience at an AI-forward company.

- Understanding of blockchain and emerging technologies.
