Experience and Skills :

Required :

- 4+ years of experience in IT product ownership, cloud platform management, product management, or business systems analysis.

- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (e.g., compute, storage, networking, identity, DevOps) and cloud delivery models.

- Hands-on familiarity with Azure AI and platform tooling, including: Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Search, Azure Container Apps, Azure Deployment Environments, AI Agents frameworks, GitHub Copilot, and ServiceNow (for AI product intake and adoption tracking).

- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, including writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating daily with development and platform teams.

- Proven business acumen to prioritize work based on value, risk, and dependencies while managing multiple stakeholders.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, influencing without authority and facilitating alignment across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred :

- Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud platforms in regulated or global environments.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.

- Prior experience working with global stakeholders across regions and time zones.

- Ability to mentor team members and contribute to product management best practices.

- Language: Proficiency in English required.

- Travel: Up to 10-15% international travel, as needed.

- Certifications: Azure or Agile-related certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Administrator, SAFe, Scrum Product Owner). Azure AI or Generative AI credentials strongly preferred.
