Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) with 8 - 10 years of product management experience in enterprise platform products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience managing multi-country e-commerce platforms, and the ability to drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and end-to-end feature delivery. Candidates with SAP Hybris experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise platform products.

- Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog based on business goals and customer needs.

- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from requirements gathering to product launch and post-release enhancements.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Engineering, Architecture, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

- Drive platform capability enhancements, scalability, API integrations, and technical product improvements.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into product specifications and technical solutions.

- Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve product-related challenges, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Ensure product quality, usability, and scalability while maintaining delivery timelines.

Required Skills :

- 8 - 10 years of Product Management experience in enterprise platform products.

- Strong experience managing multi-country e-commerce platforms.

- Proven experience owning product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and end-to-end product delivery.

- Strong understanding of platform architecture, APIs, system integrations, and scalable product design.

- Experience collaborating with Engineering, Architecture, QA, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.

Preferred Skills :

- B.Tech with an MBA is preferred.

- Experience with SAP Hybris or similar enterprise e-commerce platforms.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

- Experience working with global teams and multi-country product implementations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- MBA is preferred.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
