Job Description :

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with 3 - 8 years of experience to drive the development and continuous improvement of technology-led products.

The ideal candidate should have strong product management fundamentals, good technical understanding, and the ability to work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, priorities, and execution.

- Translate customer, business, and technical requirements into clear product specifications.

- Create detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.

- Work closely with engineering, architecture, design, QA, and data teams to deliver product features.

- Understand and contribute to discussions around APIs, integrations, databases, cloud infrastructure, microservices, and system architecture.

- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and effort.

- Drive product initiatives from discovery through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.

- Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Work with engineering teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as expected.

- Monitor product KPIs, adoption, engagement, usage, and other relevant metrics.

- Use customer feedback, market research, and product data to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and operations teams during product launches.

- Continuously improve product functionality, usability, scalability, and customer experience.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 - 8 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a closely related technology/product role.

- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Experience working directly with engineering and technology teams.

- Good understanding of APIs, REST services, integrations, databases, cloud technologies, and software architecture.

- Hands-on experience creating PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Experience using Jira, Confluence, analytics tools, or similar product management platforms.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience in SaaS, B2B SaaS, fintech, enterprise technology, consumer technology, AI/ML, or platform products.

- Prior experience in software engineering, development, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.

- Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, microservices, AWS/Azure/GCP.

- Experience working on platform/API products or enterprise applications.
