Role & Responsibilities :

- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for technical products and platforms.

- Translate business needs and customer problems into clear product requirements and scalable technical solutions.

- Partner closely with engineering, design, data, sales, and business teams to deliver products from concept to launch.

- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.

- Work with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, platform capabilities, system architecture, and technical dependencies.

- Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic goals.

- Use product analytics, customer feedback, and market research to identify opportunities and drive product improvements.

- Manage product releases, stakeholder communication, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams.

- Establish and track KPIs to measure product adoption, engagement, revenue, quality, and overall impact.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in areas such as AI, cloud, APIs, data, and automation.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 5-8 years of experience in product management, technical product management, software engineering, or a related technology/product role.

- Strong understanding of software development, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and modern technology architectures.

- Proven experience owning and delivering products from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.

- Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to product decisions.

- Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and execution skills.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and managing multiple priorities.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product development practices.

- Exposure to AI/ML, cloud, developer platforms, SaaS, fintech, enterprise software, or data products would be an advantage.
