About the Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development and evolution of enterprise-scale e-commerce platform products. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management expertise with technical understanding to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions while collaborating across multiple cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the product roadmap for enterprise platform products.

- Drive product strategy, feature prioritization, and execution.

- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to production release.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Engineering, Architecture, QA, and business stakeholders.

- Translate business goals into clear product requirements and technical solutions.

- Ensure platform scalability, performance, and usability.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across teams.

- Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements.

- Support Agile planning, sprint reviews, and product releases.

Required Qualifications :

- B.Tech degree required; MBA preferred.

- 8 to 10 years of Product Management experience in enterprise platform products.

- Proven experience managing multi-country e-commerce platforms.

- SAP Hybris knowledge preferred.

- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform architecture.

- Experience managing product roadmaps and feature prioritization.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong understanding of enterprise platform design.

- Ability to lead cross-functional product teams.

- Experience collaborating with engineering and business leadership.
