Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned Tech Product Manager to join our Bangalore team to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our core product offerings. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical architecture and user-centric design, ensuring our platform scales effectively while delivering seamless experiences.

You will collaborate closely with engineering leads, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate high-level strategy into actionable execution. By owning the product roadmap and prioritizing technical debt alongside feature development, you will directly influence our market competitiveness and drive significant improvements in user engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the comprehensive product roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives to ensure long-term scalability and market relevance.

- Translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications, enabling engineering teams to build high-quality features efficiently.

- Collaborate with technical architects to evaluate system design trade-offs, ensuring that the underlying infrastructure supports rapid feature iteration and high performance.

- Manage the full SDLC in an Agile environment, facilitating sprint planning and backlog grooming to maintain a consistent delivery cadence.

- Create intuitive wireframes and prototypes to visualize product concepts, gathering early feedback from stakeholders to refine the user experience before full-scale development.

- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback loops to iterate on features, ensuring that every release provides measurable value to our customer base.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing the full product lifecycle, with a proven ability to navigate the complexities of SDLC and Agile methodologies in a high-growth environment.

- Strong technical fluency that allows for meaningful collaboration with architects and developers, ensuring that product decisions are grounded in sound engineering principles.

- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear product roadmaps and user stories, ensuring that cross-functional teams remain aligned on priorities.

- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools to communicate design intent effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, complemented by 5 to 10 years of experience in product management roles within the technology sector.
