- Architect and oversee the development of end-to-end software solutions to ensure high availability and performance for our global client base.

- Lead the migration and maintenance of monolithic applications into modular Microservices Architecture to improve system scalability and deployment speed.

- Mentor and guide engineering teams in adopting best practices for Java and Spring Boot development to maintain high code quality and reduce technical debt.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps that meet aggressive delivery timelines.

- Optimize system performance and resource utilization by implementing advanced monitoring and troubleshooting protocols to enhance the overall end-user experience.

- Manage the full software development lifecycle, ensuring that security, compliance, and architectural standards are upheld throughout every release cycle.
