Summary :

We are seeking a Technical Lead for the WMS and Ledger Accounting team. This Lead will drive the end-to-end agentic workflow implementation of WMS processes and products that ease the day-to-day ground operations of all warehouses. Responsibilities :

- Lead: Product and Systems thinking to design architecture and APIs for large scale.

- Build: Work with product, design, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into architectural and design plans with an implementation roadmap.

- Champion "Agentic" Engineering: Drive an Agentic-first approach to solution design, utilizing AI-driven development (AIDD) to solve complex engineering hurdles.

- Optimize Daily: Identify bottlenecks in queries, execution plans, and overall system design to ensure a low-latency end-user experience.

- Collaborate and Mentor: Work across functional teams to fine-tune system health and guide developers in writing efficient, high-performance code.

- Ensure High Availability: Own the delivery of I/O optimized low-latency APIs and DB Schema that supports 24/7 uptime and exponential scalability.

- Security: Implement Security Principles and PII Compliance within the application schema and access policies.

- System Design: Develop and sustain large-scale distributed platform services.

- Data Driven: Keep a focus on the usage/metrics of the owned services and be customer-focused.

- Mentorship: Provide hands-on technical leadership, including software design, coding, debugging, prototyping, and code reviews.

Tech Stack :

- Core Tech: Golang, Python, Kafka, NSQD, Redis, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Unit Test, HTTP/TCP, Nginx, MCP, AIDD, AIRD, Mobile First APIs.

- AI Tooling: Advanced expertise in Cursor and Windsurf for AI-driven development.

- Architecture: Micro-service scalable architecture and asset hosting for edge performance.

- Infrastructure: AWS/Azure ecosystems, Linux Kernels, and automated backup/DR strategies.

Required Qualifications :

- 5-7 years of experience in distributed system design, performance tuning, and cloud-based best practices.

- Hands-on experience building high-scale D2C, B2B, attribution applications, order management systems, and product catalogs.

- Deep expertise in DSA, LLD, HLD, ACID, caching, distributed system design, DBMS, Garbage Collector, microservices, VM, K8S, data pipelines, Kafka, and NSQD.

- Proven ability to navigate the challenges of early-stage product journeys.

- Mastery of Git-based workflows and performance profiling tools.
