Technical Lead - Python Frameworks

Technical Lead :

Shift Timings : 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage customer communication, understand requirements, provide technical clarity, and ensure satisfaction

- Develop and maintain scalable codebases, including new framework design, enhancements, and production-grade pipelines

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to align development goals with business objectives

- Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical challenges in live systems

- Document architecture, workflows, and key decisions, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and maintainability

- Effectively conveying ideas and creative concepts to clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment with their vision and objectives.

- 6+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Python.

- Proven experience in client handling and managing a tech team.

- Experience with server-side frameworks and libraries (e.g., Django, Flask).

- Proficiency in cloud services (preferably AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Solid understanding of database technologies, both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, DynamoDB).

- Experience in developing CI/CD pipeline, data pipelines with best practices.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proven capacity for critical and creative thinking.

- Good understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (Node.js, AngularJS, ReactJS)
