- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale projects with a high level of complexity.

- 6+ years of product management experience or engineering/Technical lead.

- Good understanding of one or more tech stacks such as microservices, Rest APIs (example - Spring Boot / Java), React, Cloud (Azure preferred).

- Broad understanding of technical delivery aspects such as SDLC, DevOps, SRE, Quality Engineering.

- Ability to build strong relationships with technical, product, and business stakeholders.

- Previous project management and leadership experience preferred.

- A bachelor's degree is preferred; MBA or graduate degree a plus.

Additional Qualifications needed:

- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring project team members and technical leads.

- Experience in planning and execution of Agile Transformations will be a plus.

- Superior interpersonal and communication skills; effectively communicates with project team, other project leaders, multiple areas, divisions and outside vendors. Incorporates effective listening and collaboration skills.

- Superior presentation skills preferred.

- Superior organization and coordination skills.

- Ability to independently identify, prioritize, monitor, communicate, and/or resolve risks, issues or elements that can impact a product.

- Experience leading idea cost / benefit reviews.
