Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade .NET Full Stack applications.

- Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices-based solutions.

- Lead healthcare interoperability initiatives involving FHIR API implementation and integration.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to define technical solutions and architecture.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

- Drive application performance optimization, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

- Participate in solution design, architecture reviews, and technical estimations.

- Support CI/CD implementation and collaborate with DevOps teams for application deployments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues.

- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with high-quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10 to 12 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies.

- Hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development.

- Strong experience in Full Stack development using Angular (preferred) or React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR standards and FHIR API implementation.

- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability and healthcare data exchange standards.

- Strong experience in the US Healthcare domain.

- Strong experience with SMART on FHIR implementation.

- Experience with EHR/EMR integrations and healthcare interoperability solutions.

- Experience with SQL Server/PostgreSQL, database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

- Experience with Azure Cloud services, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT Authentication, and API security best practices.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or other messaging/event-driven platforms.

- Experience with CMS interoperability initiatives and healthcare integration projects.

- Understanding of DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native application development.

- Experience working with healthcare compliance and security standards.
