Technical Lead - .Net Frameworks

About the Role :

We're looking for a highly experienced and technically proficient .NET Developer to join our team as a Tech Lead.

In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your 8-10 years of expertise to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using the .NET ecosystem.

You'll be a key technical mentor, guiding a team of developers, driving best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives.

This role requires a strong blend of hands-on coding, architectural foresight, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Architecture :

- Lead the design and architecture of complex .NET applications, ensuring scalability, security,

performance, and maintainability.

- Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices within the team.

- Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to quality guidelines.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve development processes and product quality.

Programming Languages :

- Expert proficiency in C#.

Frameworks & Technologies :

- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with .NET Core (preferred) and .NET Framework.

- Strong experience with ASP.NET (MVC, Web API) for building RESTful services and web applications.

- Proficiency in Entity Framework Core/LINQ for data access.
