Technical Lead - .Net Development

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated .NET Technical Lead to join our development team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in web-based application development with extensive hands-on experience in .NET Core, Angular (13+), C#, SQL Server, and related Microsoft technologies. This role involves leading development efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.

- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Estimate effort, plan sprints, and allocate work to the development team.

- Develop and maintain applications using .NET Core, Angular 13+, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.

- Write clean, scalable, and reusable code following best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality across the team.

- Write unit test scenarios and support the QA team in resolving issues.

- Maintain and update technical documentation related to applications and project work.

- Interact with clients as needed to gather requirements, provide updates, and demonstrate solutions.

Required Skills :

- 710 years of overall experience in web-based application development.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core development.

- Minimum 3 years of experience with Angular 13+ or newer versions.

- Minimum 3 years of experience with Entity Framework or EF Core.

- At least 5 years of experience in C# with strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

- At least 5 years of experience working with SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.

Good to Have :

- Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to Azure DevOps for CI/CD and pipeline configuration.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure fundamentals and cloud application design.

- Experience working in a client-facing or consulting role.
