Technical Lead - .Net

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of .NET applications, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.

- Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects, managing resources, schedules, and risk effectively.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide actionable feedback to team members.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, offering solutions and improvements.

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

- Promote a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging professional development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, managing a development team.

- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

- Proficiency with database management systems, particularly SQL Server.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus.
