Role Overview :

As a Tech Lead for our Java Full Stack team, you will spearhead the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. You will operate at the intersection of backend robustness and frontend elegance, working closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into seamless digital experiences. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and performance for our core business platforms.

- Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces with React.js, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience for end-users across all devices.

- Integrate Artificial Intelligence models into existing workflows to automate decision-making processes and enhance overall system intelligence.

- Lead code reviews and establish engineering best practices to maintain high code quality and architectural integrity across the development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that software deliverables align with long-term business objectives and market demands.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern JavaScript frameworks, with a deep understanding of Microservices Architecture.

- Proven ability to design and deploy React.js frontends that prioritize performance, accessibility, and user-centric design principles.

- Practical experience in implementing AI-driven features or integrating machine learning APIs to solve complex business problems.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.

- Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 4 - 9 years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
