We are seeking a seasoned Java Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in the Delhi NCR region. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications that serve as the backbone of our digital ecosystem.

You will work in close collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. By bridging the gap between front-end aesthetics and back-end logic, you will directly influence the end-user experience and drive significant improvements in system efficiency, ultimately shaping the technological roadmap of our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop end-to-end web solutions using Java and modern JavaScript frameworks to ensure seamless integration between client-side interfaces and server-side services.

- Optimize database performance and schema design using SQL to support high-concurrency environments and ensure data integrity for critical business operations.

- Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS to enhance system scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness for our global user base.

- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence and maintain high standards of software craftsmanship.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot complex production issues and implement proactive performance tuning to minimize downtime and improve user satisfaction.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Java and modern front-end libraries like React.js or AngularJS, with a deep understanding of component-based architecture.

- Proven ability to design and maintain complex SQL databases, ensuring efficient query execution and robust data modeling for large-scale applications.

- Hands-on experience in architecting and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, including services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda, to support CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative problem-solving sessions.

- Exceptional analytical mindset with a track record of adapting to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in software development principles.
