Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with 10 - 12 years of experience in Java and Angular development.

The ideal candidate should have strong coding skills, expertise in system design and software architecture, and relevant domain experience in FinTech, lending, loans, BFSI, or financial services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable applications using Java and Angular.

- Drive system design, application architecture, and technical decision-making.

- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code while remaining actively involved in hands-on development.

- Provide technical guidance to team members and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- 10 - 12 years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on expertise in Java and Angular.

- Strong coding and problem-solving skills.

- Proven expertise in system design, solution architecture, and application design.

- Relevant experience in FinTech, lending, loans, BFSI, or financial services.

- Ability to lead technical initiatives while actively contributing to development.

- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
