Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Design scalable microservices and APIs following best engineering practices.

- Lead system design discussions (HLD/LLD) and architectural reviews.

- Drive modernization initiatives and cloud-native development.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, SRE, and DevOps teams.

- Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.

- Improve CI/CD, observability, reliability, and developer productivity.

- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and testing.

Must Have Skills :

- 12+ years of software development experience.

- Strong expertise in Java (JDK 17+) and Spring Boot.

- Hands-on experience building REST APIs and Microservices.

- Strong System Design skills (HLD/LLD).

- Experience with TypeScript and Angular.

- Good understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture.

- Experience with GCP and cloud-native application development.

- Strong database experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have :

- OAuth 2.0 and application security frameworks.

- Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

- Git/GitHub and Maven.

- Redis and Cassandra.

- AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Microsoft Copilot.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and production support.

- Banking, Payments, or FinTech domain experience.
