Desired Experience : 5-8 years

Job Objective :

A Technical Lead will bring technical thought leadership resolving complex problems, while working in collaboration with Product and Technology leaders, to create and implement the product vision.

Job Description :

As Technical Lead, you will :

- Be responsible for high end product development and own scalable and high-traffic software applications with continuous upgrading and building new technology skills used by millions of users worldwide.

- Be responsible for coding, documenting and maintaining web applications in a fast paced project environment.

- Ownership for complex modules design and delivery

- Align closely with Technical architects for developing better product design and evolving the current architecture

- Explore platforms, technologies, approaches for achieving greater efficiencies and synergies - test pilot projects for proof of concept

- Mentor people on work, functionally review the code & design and analyze technical training needs

- Contribute to Tech blogs and white papers within work area; participate in events as speaker and drive innovation agenda

- Work on complex design patterns and architecture of the products.

- Participate in system coding including formal code review and provide feedback on structure, maintainability and quality of code.

- Enforce best practices in area of security , performance and load , scalability, usability, and support of system

Required Skills :

- Must have excellent programming, debugging and scripting skills with a solid understanding of Object Oriented Design principles

- Hands on experience in microservice architectural design and should have a proven track record in implementing best practices around coding, design, quality in team.

- Hands on of experience on Core Java/J2EE with Spring/Struts & Apache Camel and Hibernate and REST API services

- Hands-on experience managing databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis.

- Should have good knowledge of design patterns while building scalable web products

- An ability to learn/iterate quickly in an agile environment owning technical stack with nascent codebase and developer tools

- Must possess a passion for delivery-focused development, and overcoming challenges through teamwork and self-motivation

Desired Skills :

- Should have worked on complex p roblems and develop solutions in line with technical vision and pre-defined framework

- Good knowledge of DevOps tooling like docker, kubernetes, ansible/chef, AWS.

- Influence others to accept complete solutions and is seen as a subject-matter expertise

- Strong understanding of technical architecture , frameworks/guidelines/standards, programming language, database and web protocols
