About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive the architecture, design, and development of scalable SaaS applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and cloud technologies, along with proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise-grade software solutions. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can mentor developers, drive engineering best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable full-stack applications.

- Develop robust backend services using Node.js and modern frontend applications using React.js.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and scalable microservices.

- Architect cloud-native SaaS applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Lead engineering teams, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Drive Agile sprint planning, technical discussions, and solution design.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

- Work with Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and manage containerized applications.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams throughout the development lifecycle.

- Ensure engineering best practices, coding standards, documentation, and testing processes are followed.

Required Skills :

- 7 - 13 years of software development experience.

- Minimum 3 years of experience leading engineering teams.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Experience building scalable SaaS products and distributed systems.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and either MongoDB or Redis.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub/GitLab, and modern DevOps practices.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and performance optimization.

- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience integrating CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

- Experience with omnichannel platforms, customer engagement solutions, or contact center applications.

- Exposure to WebRTC, SIP, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, or real-time communication technologies.

- Knowledge of AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, Speech-to-Text, or AI-powered customer engagement products.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Candidates must be currently based in Delhi NCR.

- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be preferred.

- Candidates should be willing to attend an in-person machine coding interview in Gurugram.
