Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead with strong experience in AI/LLM-powered applications. The candidate will be responsible for leading the development of scalable enterprise applications and driving technical and architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor the development team.

- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications.

- Build and integrate AI/LLM-based solutions.

- Drive technical architecture and development best practices.

- Develop and maintain microservices and REST APIs.

- Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

- Ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability.

Tech Stack :

- Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.

- React.js or Angular.

- MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Generative AI.

- AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD.

Preferred :

- Experience building production-grade AI/LLM applications.

- Experience leading technical teams and making architecture decisions.

- Immediate or short-notice availability.
