Role Overview :

NetWeb Software is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to design and guide the development of scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise applications. This is primarily a leadership, mentorship, and architecture-focused role rather than one centered on day-to-day coding.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define system architecture, promote microservices and cloud-native patterns, and integrate AI-led workflows and tools into the development lifecycle.

- Guide backend (Python, Node.js, Java) and frontend (React, Angular, Flutter, etc.) engineers while ensuring best practices in code quality, security, and scalability.

- Oversee cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and enforce data privacy and compliance standards.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and align technology with business outcomes through close work with stakeholders.

Requirements :

- Technical Expertise : Proficiency in full-stack development, distributed systems, system design, and cloud environments.

- Experience : Demonstrated leadership in full-stack teams and exposure to AI/ML applications.

- Education : Qualified candidates typically hold degrees such as BE/ME (IT, Computer), MCA, MSC-IT, or BCA.

- Competencies : Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential, alongside an eye for detail and the ability to influence stakeholders.
