We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong software architecture expertise, hands-on full-stack development experience, and the ability to lead engineering teams while ensuring high-quality technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale software applications.

- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native solutions.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and implementation strategies.

- Drive code quality through reviews, best practices, and engineering standards.

- Lead system integration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting activities.

- Oversee deployment and operations of applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Ensure adherence to software architecture principles, security standards, and DevOps practices.

- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve platform scalability and engineering productivity.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of software development experience with at least 5 years in a Technical Lead role.

- Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, and full-stack application development.

- Hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, Amazon ECS, and Kubernetes.

- Experience with Kore.ai platform or conversational AI solutions is preferred.

- Experience in Android and iOS application development.

- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C, or JavaScript.

- Experience in modern UI development using contemporary front-end frameworks.

- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, and containerized deployments.

- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Education (Mandatory) :

- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Master's degree (M.Tech/MCA/MS) in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
