Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Leadership & Team Governance (30%) :

1. Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of full-stack developers, instilling a culture of high code hygiene, strict testing, and deep performance engineering.

2. Establish and enforce advanced Code Management and Version Control workflows (Gitflow, mandatory code reviews, automated linting, and structural PR approvals).

3. Act as the technical anchor during production high-pressure events, guiding the team systematically to isolate and resolve runtime criticalities.

2. Hands-on Performance Engineering & Synchronization (45%) :

1. Take ultimate ownership of PostgreSQL (v18/17) database design, complex schema architectures, views, and proactive query tuning to effortlessly sustain millions of concurrent transactions.

2. Personally write, review, and maintain advanced scripts to guarantee exact, reliable data synchronization across multiple microservices modules.

3. Profile and optimize backend .NET (v10/9) microservices and frontend React.js (v19/18) codebases to eradicate latency, memory leaks, and race conditions.

4. Oversee and mature the Kubernetes (EKS) deployment strategy, managing Helm charts, ingress controllers, pod lifecycles, and zero-downtime release blueprints (Canary/Blue-Green updates).

3. Architecture, Development & Strategy (25%) :

1. Allocate a quarter of your bandwidth to hands-on programmingbuilding core structural enhancements, complex API gateways, or critical foundation modules.

2. Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical blueprints, mapping out dependencies across multiple modules before the team writes code.

3. Ensure all application extensions adhere cleanly to modern microservices principles and cloud-native architectural patterns.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Competencies (Must be Expert/Hands-on) :

- Backend Mastery : Deep structural expertise in .NET 10 / 9 (C#), building resilient asynchronous Web APIs and microservices.

- Frontend Proficiency : Solid hands-on capability in React 19 / 18, managing complex application states and optimizing client-side performance.

- Database & Query Tuning : Advanced PostgreSQL 18 / 17 engineering skills (expert-level query optimization, indexing strategies, execution plan deep dives, and database partitioning).

- DevOps & Release Infrastructure : Strong command of Kubernetes cluster orchestration and AWS Cloud environments (EKS, RDS, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, and secure CI/CD pipelines).

- Root-Cause Analysis : Exceptional debugging and reverse-engineering skills in distributed architectures to trace data bottlenecks and synchronization lags.
