We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 11 years of experience in Embedded Software Development and Industrial Control Systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining control system software using Embedded C++ while leading technical initiatives in an Agile development environment.

This role requires strong expertise in real-time systems, power systems, industrial automation, software architecture, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain control system software using Embedded C++ for industrial automation and power system applications.

- Lead the technical design, development, testing, and deployment of embedded software solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineering, hardware, QA, and product management to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Develop software components for real-time and mission-critical control systems.

- Analyze system requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable software designs.

- Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Troubleshoot complex software and system-level issues in development and production environments.

- Drive Agile development practices, sprint planning, estimation, and technical execution.

- Mentor and guide team members on coding standards, design principles, and development best practices.

- Manage source code, branching, and release processes using Git.

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to long-term product and technology roadmaps.

- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with engineering and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 to 11 years of experience in Embedded Software Development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Embedded C++ programming.

- Experience developing software for Control Systems and Industrial Automation applications.

- Strong understanding of Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).

- Experience working with Power Systems and related control applications.

- Solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles.

- Experience developing high-performance, reliable, and scalable embedded applications.

- Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Proficiency with Git for source code management and version control.

- Experience using JIRA for Agile project tracking and collaboration.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience leading technical teams and driving end-to-end software delivery.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities.
