Project Overview :

We are developing an AWS-based Master Data Management (MDM) hub to consolidate, cleanse, and standardize customer data from multiple CRM systems, establish golden customer records, and integrate with Oracle Fusion. The solution includes data processing, AI-assisted matching, workflow orchestration, and a user interface for manually resolving MDM exceptions.

The Role :

JRD Systems is seeking an experienced AWS MDM Technical Lead with 8+ years in software engineering, including hands-on technical leadership of cloud-native application development. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional Agile delivery and guide the design and implementation of a secure, scalable, reliable enterprise AWS solution.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Lead an Agile team of data engineers, full-stack developers, and DevOps engineers to implement the solution architecture.

- Own technical design decisions, development standards, code quality, and end-to-end technical delivery.

- Ensure security compliance, performance, scalability, reliability, and production readiness.

- Oversee integration, testing, deployment, and resolution of technical issues.

- Collaborate with solution architects, business stakeholders, and enterprise platform teams.

- Promote engineering best practices, security-by-design, maintainable code, and effective technical documentation.

Required Skill Set :

- AWS Cloud-Native Architecture : Strong hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, ECS Fargate, ECR, Step Functions, EventBridge, API Gateway, and Aurora PostgreSQL.

- Programming & APIs : Proficiency in Python, SQL, REST APIs, and distributed application development.

- Full-Stack Engineering : Experience building modern application solutions spanning backend services, APIs, and web-based user interfaces.

- Data Engineering & Integration : Experience with data integration, transformation, cleansing, standardization, and system-to-system data flows.

- Technical Leadership : Proven ability to lead cross-functional Agile teams, make sound technical decisions, and drive delivery to completion.

- Quality & Security : Engineering standards for code quality, automated testing, observability, security-by-design, performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Delivery Practices : Agile delivery, CI/CD and deployment coordination, production readiness, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.

Nice to Have :

- Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities, particularly AWS Bedrock, into enterprise applications or data workflows.

- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA).

- Experience with master data management concepts, golden-record creation, entity matching, exception management, and data quality workflows.
