Role Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead/Architect to join our team in Chennai. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing integrated payment products and solutions, with a strong focus on third-party integrations, performance optimization, and adherence to industry security standards. You will be responsible for tackling key challenges related to latency and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Technical Qualifications :
Key Skills :
- Languages & Frameworks : Strong proficiency in Nest.JS or Golang for backend service development.
- API Connectivity : Expertise in designing and implementing REST API and gRPC connections.
- Security & Compliance : Proven experience with PCI DSS standards, including security headers and authentication protocols.
- Containerization & Orchestration : In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container management and deployment.
- Observability : Experience with observability tools, specifically New Relic.
- Problem-Solving : Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges, particularly those related to system latency and performance.
Experience :
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a Technical Lead or Architect role.
- Proven track record of integrating payment products with third-party solutions.
- Experience with specific projects such as AML (Anti-Money Laundering) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in solving key challenges related to system latency and optimizing customer experience.
Education :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
