Role Overview :

The Technical Lead & Project Manager - Product Engineering will serve as the bridge between high-level business strategy and technical execution. You will be responsible for steering the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring that engineering efforts align with business objectives while maintaining high standards of system architecture.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and external stakeholders, you will drive the delivery of scalable software solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our product roadmap is executed with precision, balancing technical debt with innovation to deliver tangible value to our end users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end SDLC for complex product modules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality benchmarks for our clients.

- Architect robust and scalable system designs that support long-term product growth and operational efficiency.

- Manage the product roadmap by prioritizing features and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders to meet business goals.

- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies to foster team productivity, transparency, and continuous improvement in delivery cycles.

- Oversee DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure deployments to ensure high availability and performance of production environments.

- Communicate technical progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Technical Architecture and Solution Design, with the ability to translate complex business problems into modular software components.

- Proven experience in managing the full SDLC within an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

- Strong proficiency in Cloud Computing platforms and DevOps methodologies, enabling seamless deployment and infrastructure management.

- Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage expectations effectively.

- Ability to provide Technical Leadership, mentoring junior engineers while maintaining a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software engineering and project management roles.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
