Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of AI/ML and intelligent automation solutions.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to AI engineers and developers.

- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical evaluations.

- Develop production-grade GenAI, LLM, NLP, chatbot, recommendation, and predictive analytics solutions.

- Build LLM-based applications, AI workflows, APIs, and automation systems.

- Evaluate emerging AI/ML and Generative AI technologies and drive innovation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills :

- Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)

- LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar AI orchestration frameworks

- Strong knowledge of NLP RAG, embeddings & Vector Databases

- AI API development & application integration

- Python & AI/ML development

- Experience building production-level AI applications

- Working knowledge of Full Stack development

- Strong team leadership and mentoring skills
