Job Description :

Amnet Smartshoring is seeking a self-driven and motivated Technical Head to join their team. As a Technical Head, you will take ownership of creating products, tools, and techniques to help automate work processes, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role focuses on tactical-level project-to-project service delivery, and you will not be required to handle strategic responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

- Product and Tool Development: Build innovative products and tools to automate various aspects of the marketing and communication process, improving efficiency and quality.

- Process Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of the existing workflow and processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation.

- Deployment: Lead the deployment of newly developed products and tools, ensuring successful implementation within the organization.

- Quality Improvement: Continuously improve the quality and reduce the time to deliver products and services.

- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to gather requirements, understand their needs, and provide technical solutions.

- Team Building: Build and lead a team of professionals to support the technical initiatives and projects.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in product and tool development, with a strong emphasis on automation.

- Hands-on development experience is a must.

- Previous experience in customer-facing roles.

- Middle to senior-level professional.

- Self-driven and motivated individual who can stick to commitments.

- Graduate / Post Graduate in IT preferred

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers significant growth potential within the organization. As you demonstrate success in building and implementing technical solutions, you may have the opportunity to take on more strategic responsibilities, including building tech strategies for the organization, selling and deploying workflows and tools to customers, and playing a customer-facing role.

Company Structure :

- Headquarters in Chennai, India.

- Marketing and Account Management teams in the US and UK.

- Production facilities in Chennai, UK, and the US.

- Shifts available, but not mandatory for this role.

Reporting :

This is a new position, and the Technical Head will report directly to the Chairman and CEO.
