Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant Identity & Access Management (Project Manager) to lead enterprise Active Directory infrastructure and Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering Domain Controller (DC) deployment, migration, promotion, cutover, and decommissioning activities while working closely with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders.

This role requires strong project management, infrastructure coordination, and stakeholder communication skills to ensure successful project execution with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and resource planning.

- Lead Domain Controller (DC) deployment, promotion, migration, cutover, and decommissioning activities across enterprise environments.

- Establish project governance, communication plans, reporting cadence, risk management, and change management processes.

- Coordinate with Active Directory (AD) SMEs, Network, Security, Cloud, OSS, Infrastructure, and Factory IT teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Align project scope and technical deliverables across multiple environments, including EDGE/SDI, DEEP, and AWS Classic.

- Manage communication with PDC/PKI owners, replication partners, site stakeholders, and business teams.

- Plan and facilitate cutover activities while minimizing operational impact and ensuring business continuity.

- Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.

- Monitor technical activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and organizational standards.

- Prepare project documentation, status reports, governance updates, and executive presentations.

- Drive issue resolution through collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

- Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Identity & Access Management, or Enterprise Infrastructure Project Management.

- Proven experience managing Active Directory infrastructure, Domain Controller deployment, migration, and modernization projects.

- Strong understanding of Active Directory architecture, replication, DNS, Group Policy, and PKI concepts.

- Experience coordinating enterprise infrastructure projects involving multiple technical teams.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and hybrid infrastructure environments.

- Experience with project governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and change management.

- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
