Role Overview :

As a Technical Consultant - AI Integration, you will serve as the bridge between complex artificial intelligence capabilities and tangible business value for our enterprise clients in Chennai. Your day-to-day involves architecting scalable AI solutions, leading technical workshops, and guiding cross-functional engineering teams through the end-to-end lifecycle of model deployment and integration.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and C-suite stakeholders to translate ambiguous business challenges into robust technical roadmaps. By ensuring seamless integration of AI into existing enterprise ecosystems, you will directly influence operational efficiency, drive innovation, and deliver measurable competitive advantages for our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end AI integration strategies for enterprise clients to ensure high-performance model deployment within existing cloud infrastructures.

- Lead technical discovery sessions with key stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases that align with long-term business objectives and digital transformation goals.

- Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning pipelines, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable for long-term production use.

- Mentor junior engineering teams on best practices for AI model lifecycle management, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

- Translate complex technical constraints into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and project buy-in.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, with a deep understanding of cloud-native environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project vision and delivery timelines.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot integration bottlenecks and optimize model performance in real-world, high-latency production environments.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage client expectations in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment based in Chennai.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, backed by 5 to 10 years of professional experience in technical consulting or software architecture.

- High degree of adaptability to evolving AI frameworks and a proactive approach to learning emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
