Role Overview:

As a Technical Architect specializing in .NET, you will serve as the primary technical authority for complex software ecosystems, guiding the design and implementation of robust, scalable applications. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-level architectural blueprints. Your daily focus will involve overseeing the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring that technical debt is minimized, performance is optimized, and the final output aligns with the long-term strategic goals of our clients. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of the technology stack and mentoring junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and document scalable system architectures using .NET Core and MVC frameworks to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise-level applications.

- Lead the migration and integration of legacy systems into modern cloud environments, specifically leveraging Azure and AWS services to improve infrastructure efficiency.

- Establish and enforce rigorous unit testing protocols and code quality standards to maintain system reliability and reduce post-deployment defects.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that architectural decisions support evolving business needs and long-term scalability.

- Mentor engineering teams by conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance on complex WCF and WPF implementations to elevate the overall team capability.

- Optimize database performance and schema design within MySQL environments to support high-traffic applications and data-intensive operations.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex software solutions using .NET, ASP.NET, and .NET Core, with a deep understanding of modern architectural patterns.

- Proven ability to manage cloud-native deployments and infrastructure management on Azure and AWS platforms.

- Strong proficiency in developing desktop and service-oriented applications using WPF and WCF technologies.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively.

- Extensive experience in database management and optimization, specifically with MySQL, ensuring data integrity and high-performance queries.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Ahmedabad, demonstrating a high degree of adaptability and professional maturity.

- Candidates must possess 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in software architecture and development roles.
