Job Title : Technical Architect / Lead Microfrontend & React
Location : Any QuantumT Location (5 Days Work from Office per Month)
Shift Timing : 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST
Experience : 9 - 14 Years
About the Role :
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Architect / Lead with strong expertise in Microfrontend Architecture, React, .NET Technologies, Cloud, and Microservices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and implementing Microfrontend solutions from scratch, driving architecture decisions, mentoring teams, and delivering scalable enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement scalable Microfrontend Architecture and React-based applications.
- Lead end-to-end frontend architecture and development initiatives.
- Build and maintain enterprise applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Design and develop backend services using ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, Web API, MVC, and SQL Server.
- Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions following Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
- Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or OCI.
- Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts.
- Guide engineering teams on TDD, BDD, automated testing, code quality, and best practices.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Drive DevOps and DevSecOps adoption, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business users.
- Perform code reviews, architecture reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Mandatory Skills :
- 9+ years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in React.js and modern frontend development.
- Hands-on experience in Microfrontend Architecture and implementation projects.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep understanding of React concepts, component architecture, hooks, and performance optimization.
- Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, MobX, etc.
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, Web API, MVC, and SQL Server.
- Strong experience with Microservices Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience working with Azure, AWS, or OCI Cloud Platforms.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm Charts.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and maintaining code coverage.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience with authentication and authorization best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub version control and collaboration practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in extracting microservices from monolithic applications.
- Experience with SpecFlow for automated unit testing.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms.
- Experience with event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of Entity Framework Core (EF Core) and data access patterns.
